What does the Aurex Revenue Capture System include?

The Aurex Revenue Capture System is a 120-day customer acquisition and revenue-expansion partnership for established residential contractors. During the initial implementation, Aurex maps your lead-to-sale economics, strengthens one priority consumer offer, builds one primary conversion funnel, prepares one acquisition channel, installs rapid-response and booking workflows, creates one high-value opportunity-recovery system, and connects source-to-sale reporting. During the following 90 days, Aurex operates and improves the campaign, creative, funnel, lead handling, booking process, recovery system, and reporting. Aurex also installs a referral foundation and one Customer Expansion Campaign designed to generate the highest-value repeat-service, reactivation, referral, or cross-sell opportunity appropriate for your business. The investment is $8,000 for implementation followed by three monthly payments of $3,000. Advertising and specified third-party costs are separate.

Built for Contractors Ready to Grow

A strong fit

  • Established residential contractor
  • Profitable priority service or project
  • Office, dispatch, sales, or estimating staff
  • Existing leads or an active acquisition budget
  • Capacity to take on more work
  • Willingness to track appointments, estimates, sales, and revenue
  • Owner or general manager involved in the process

When we are not the right partner

  • Solo operator with no lead-handling capacity
  • Business seeking the cheapest possible leads
  • Company unable to fulfill more work
  • Owner unwilling to provide sales data
  • Business expecting Aurex to answer every call and close every homeowner inside the base engagement

The problem

Most Agencies Stop at the Lead

Aurex connects the lead to the appointment, the appointment to the sold job, and the customer to the next purchase or referral.

Aurex helps established residential contractors turn more marketing spend into booked appointments and sold jobs, recover opportunities that did not close, and generate more repeat and referral revenue from the customers they already earned.

One Revenue System. Four Jobs.

01

Capture

Put the right homeowner offer in front of the right market through the appropriate acquisition channel and conversion assets.

02

Convert

Connect new inquiries to rapid response, qualification, booking, reminders, and a clear next step.

03

Recover

Follow up on unresponsive leads, missed appointments, delayed projects, and open estimates.

04

Compound

Turn completed jobs and past customers into reviews, referrals, repeat service, reactivation, and appropriate additional offers.

Tracking supports every phase

The Aurex Revenue Command Center

A shared view of sources, appointments, estimates, sales, collected revenue, and recovery and customer-expansion activity.

We reconcile pipeline records with client-reported outcomes. A lead is not a sale. A booked job is not collected revenue. The weekly scorecard identifies the next constraint to fix.

Delivery assurance

45-Day Core Launch and Tracking Assurance

Once the Ready Date begins, Aurex will have the agreed core funnel, campaign, GHL pipeline, lead-response workflows, booking process, primary recovery workflow, and source-to-pipeline reporting live and tested within 45 calendar days.

If Aurex misses that deadline for reasons within Aurex’s control, the client receives a full credit for the first $3,000 management payment, and management billing pauses until the agreed core system is live.

Client-caused delays, platform reviews, account restrictions, third-party outages, and material scope changes adjust or pause the timeline.

What starts the Ready Date?

The Ready Date is confirmed in writing after the agreed scope, required access, initial payment, necessary assets and approvals, advertising budget, and client lead-handling owner are in place. The signed agreement records the prerequisites and any timeline adjustments.

What does live and tested mean?

  • Primary page published
  • Forms submit correctly
  • Lead source recorded
  • Lead enters GHL correctly
  • Internal notification delivered
  • Lead acknowledgement delivered
  • Booking flow tested
  • Appointment reminders tested
  • Recovery workflow triggers correctly
  • Campaign tracking verified
  • Dashboard receives test data

This is a delivery assurance. It does not guarantee leads, appointments, sales, revenue, profit or ROI.

Questions About the Partnership

Who does Aurex Business Labs work with?

Established residential contractors across the United States, including roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, windows and doors, siding and gutters, foundation repair, waterproofing, restoration, and remodeling companies.

Who is not a fit?

Businesses without lead-handling staff, fulfillment capacity, workable margins or a willingness to track sales outcomes are not a fit for the base engagement.

Is Aurex a lead-generation agency?

Customer acquisition is part of the work. Aurex also connects response, booking, opportunity recovery, repeat service and referrals to the sales process.

What is the Aurex Revenue Capture System?

A 120-day customer acquisition and revenue expansion partnership built around four stages: Capture, Convert, Recover and Compound.

Does Aurex answer and qualify leads?

Aurex builds rapid-response workflows, qualification and booking architecture, and front-office scripts. Your staff handles live conversations. Full-time call answering and a human appointment-setting desk are outside the base scope.

Does Aurex replace our current marketing agency?

Not necessarily. The audit identifies gaps and responsibilities. Any overlap with an existing provider is agreed before work begins.

Does Aurex guarantee revenue?

No. The Core Launch and Tracking Assurance covers delivery of the agreed system, not leads, appointments, sales, revenue, profit or ROI.

How much does Aurex Business Labs cost?

The initial engagement is $17,000 over 120 days: $8,000 for implementation, then $3,000 on days 31, 61 and 91. Advertising and specified third-party costs are separate. Continued Growth Operations begin at $3,000 per month under the renewal agreement.

What happens during the first 30 days?

Aurex maps the economics, strengthens one priority offer, builds the primary funnel, configures the pipeline and tracking, installs response and booking workflows, and prepares the initial acquisition campaign.

What does the client need to provide?

Required access within three business days, one decision-maker, approvals within two business days, the agreed ad budget, staff and fulfillment capacity, current opportunity stages, sales data and permission-compliant customer data.

Can Aurex work with multiple locations?

The base engagement covers one primary location. Additional locations require a separately agreed scope.

What is a Revenue Leakage Audit?

A complimentary working session to map the lead-to-sale process, calculate a break-even job target, and identify three priority improvements. You keep the findings and have no obligation to hire Aurex.

Does Aurex build referral and repeat-service systems?

Yes. The engagement includes a referral foundation and one Customer Expansion Campaign selected for the business, such as repeat service, reactivation, referral or an appropriate additional offer.

Which advertising platform does Aurex use?

One primary paid acquisition platform is selected based on the priority service, market and economics. Additional platforms are outside the base scope.

What happens after the 120-day engagement?

Continued Aurex Growth Operations begin at $3,000 per month under the applicable renewal agreement. The Revenue Proof Review informs the next-quarter plan.
